Rorate Caeli Mass

Join us for a special Rorate Caeli Mass at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 473 S. Roys Ave., on Saturday, December 7, at 6:30 a.m., the first Saturday of Advent. This traditional candlelit Mass, celebrated in honor of the Virgin Mary, is a moving way to prepare for the coming of Christ during Advent.
The church begins in near-darkness, illuminated only by candlelight, symbolizing a world awaiting the Light of the World. As the Mass progresses, the rising sun fills the church with light, representing the dawning of Christ’s presence.
Following Mass, join us for breakfast in the church hall. All are invited to take part in this beautiful Advent tradition!
