Bishop Earl K. Fernandes will celebrate Mass on the Feast of St. Francis Xavier on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, 6pm at St. Joseph Cathedral. A first-class relic of St. Francis Xavier will be on display for veneration, and a blessing with the relic will be offered after the evening Mass.
